At Shandong Head Europe, there is no rigid hierarchy. Your own initiatives can be applied directly to achieve fast results. Together with your colleagues, you determine the strategy. First and foremost, as an account manager you know exactly what your customer wants, and what needs to be done to acquire new customers. You will be responsible for the whole process from the initial contact to maintaining a long term business relationship.
As an Account Manager, you work from our office in Houten as an "independent entrepreneur" in the European market. Within your area of work, you are responsible for generating new business and building your own network. Shandong Head also has plenty of room for creative initiatives that aid the sales of the entire team. You will sell to the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical sector. Our customers are located across Europe and you will soon visit customers, conferences and exhibitions abroad.
You will work in a young team (24-36 years) in which collegiality is very important. In addition to working hard, we enjoy a good laugh and regular trips are organized.
